Annomate, LLC has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate
our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information
gathering and dissemination practices for this website: Annomate.com.
We use your IP address to monitor traffic, help diagnose problems with our server,
and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and
to gather broad demographic information. We use session cookies for your
security, and user name cookies to save time logging in to Annomate.com.
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like
their name and email address) and demographic information (like their zip code
and birthdate). We use customer contact information from the registration form
to send the user promotional material on behalf of some of our partners. Users
may opt-out of receiving future mailings when registering or at a later date;
see the choice/opt-out section below. Demographic and profile data is also
collected at our site. We use this data to tailor the visitor's experience at
our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and
displaying the content according to their preferences.

collected to provide local weather and horoscopes. Users' names and email
addresses are collected to indentify the user (to other invited members) when he

By completing the Annomate.com registration form, users will have the ability to
set up a private community made up of any number of invited members. Members are
invited via email. Communities can share a set of integrated tools which allow
them to create and share a group calendar, address book, post and share files
like pictures or letters, create to-do lists,
and bulk email. These tools also function for private use.
This site contains links to other sites. Annomate, LLC is not responsible
for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. We do not share any
user information with these sites.
We run contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (like
their email address). We use contact data from our contests to send users
promotional material on behalf of some of our partners. Users may opt-out of
receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.
We use an outside ad company to display ads on our site. These ads may contain
cookies. While we use cookies in other parts of our Web site, cookies received
with banner ads are collected by our ad company, and we do not have access to
this information.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and
alteration of the information under our control.
Security measures have been implemented in conjunction with the
sensitivity of the information stored. Industry standard login and password
security has been implemented. Once a Login/Password has been established for a
session, it is not retransmitted again, adding to the level of security. No
information deemed "transaction sensitive" such as credit card numbers, social
security numbers, account numbers, maiden names, etc. is required to use the
site. In the future, should we allow credit card transactions, we will implement
SSL security to encrypt the logins and passwords.
Annomate, LLC feels strongly that your personal data should only be seen
by you, unless you choose to share it with others. Annomate, LLC will never view
or use any information within your personal calendar, contacts, tasks, or email
unless you request it.
